The Services, including the platform design, source code, branding, and built-in tools, are owned by Appley and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary materials without permission.
AI models and algorithms used by the Services are licensed to Appley by third-party providers. You do not acquire any rights to the underlying AI models by using the Services.
You retain ownership of Content you create using the Services. By publishing Content, you grant Appley a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute it on the platform.
You are solely responsible for your Content and ensuring it does not violate these Terms or third-party rights. We reserve the right to remove any Content at our discretion.
Content generated by AI tools is based on your prompts and inputs. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying AI-generated Content before publication. Appley does not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or originality of AI output.
AI-generated Content may inadvertently resemble existing works. You should review all AI output for potential intellectual property concerns before publishing.
Published games must meet minimum quality standards and pass automated moderation. Games that contain prohibited content, crash on launch, or are non-functional may be rejected or removed.
You may update published games at any time. Updates are subject to the same moderation process. Repeated violations of publishing guidelines may result in publishing restrictions.
We foster a respectful and inclusive community. Harassment, bullying, hate speech, and spam are not tolerated. Users who violate community standards may face restrictions or account termination.
You can report violations through the Report Centre. Our moderation team reviews reports and takes appropriate action based on severity and frequency.
Assets available through the platform may have specific license terms. You are responsible for understanding and complying with each asset's license before using it in published games.
Some assets are sourced from third-party providers (e.g., Sketchfab, Meshy). Their terms of service apply in addition to these Terms when using their assets.
The Services integrate with third-party platforms for asset generation, payment processing, and communication. We are not responsible for the availability, quality, or practices of these third-party services.
Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. Appley is not liable for any damages arising from third-party service usage.
AI generation features require AI Credits. New users receive a complimentary allocation. Additional credits can be purchased through the platform. Credits have no monetary value and are non-transferable.
Purchased credits are non-refundable except where required by law. Subscription plans provide recurring credit allocations billed on a monthly or annual basis.
Due to the digital nature of AI Credits and the immediate consumption upon use, purchased credits are generally non-refundable. Subscription payments may be eligible for refund within 14 days of purchase if no credits have been used.
To request a refund, contact our support team with your account details and transaction reference. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Subscription plans automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Price changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

You may delete your account at any time. Account deletion removes your personal data but published games may remain on the platform unless you remove them first.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Appley shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Services.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $50, whichever is greater.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to the Services.
AI-generated Content may contain errors or produce unexpected results. You should test all games before publishing and are responsible for the quality of published Content.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of London, England, without regard to conflict of law principles.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
