Overview

Multi-script architecture and the version control system.

Version 1.6

Released 2025-05-05. No breaking changes.

New Features

1

Multi-Script System

Roblox-style per-object scripting. Attach multiple scripts to any object — each with its own type (server or local) and source.

2

Version Control

Full version history for every project. Create restore points, compare versions, and roll back to any previous state.

3

Save Queue

Saves are now queued and debounced. Rapid edits no longer trigger one API call per change.

4

Crash Recovery

Unsaved work is persisted to localStorage every 5 seconds. If the browser crashes, Appley offers to restore it on next load.

Improvements

1

Script Compilation

FluxScript compilation is now cached. Re-compiling an unchanged script is instant.

Bug Fixes

Scripts lost on tab switch

Fixed a bug where switching tabs during AI generation unmounted the component and killed the promise. AI now runs in a module-level worker.

Breaking Changes

No breaking changes. This version is backward-compatible.

Migration

No migration steps required. Existing projects continue to work without modification.
